Basic Line
The proven product line from TOP TEN for trendy sports and fitness: Boxing and Kickboxing. This product line has been created and designed for fitness and leisure athletes. The Basic line is ideally suited for the fitness boxing and for the beginners. For the advanced and competitors, we recommend using our Fight and/or Superfight 3000 products. The gloves and the focus mitts are produced from the tough Rexion synthetic leather. Especially for this Basic series we will apply a cool shiny black.

• In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your product or purchase and wish to return the item to us we will be more than happy to refund the cost of the item less any carriage fees incurred within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be in perfect condition with all of it's original packaging. We also ask for a covering letter so that we may identify the sender.

Damaged or faulty goods

• Once your item has been delivered, if the packaging appears compromised in any way please make a note of this when you sign for the consignment. 
• If, upon opening the packaging, the item is physically damaged, please notify Undisputed Fight Store within 48hrs.
• Once you have contacted Undisputed Fight Store our representative will advise accordingly and arrange any uplift or replacement.

Refund Policy

• All customers have the option to return their goods within 14 days if not satisfied.
• For non -faulty goods, the purchase price, less carriage will be refunded only if the goods are returned in their original condition and with their original packaging.
• The customer is liable for all carriage charges in regards to the return of the unwanted goods.
• Undisputed Fight Store will not refund, exchange or repair free of charge any goods damaged, marked, with parts missing or no longer of merchantable quality.
• For faulty goods, please contact Undisputed Fight Store in the first instance. Our representative will then work towards a quick and satisfactory conclusion including any uplift and replacement arrangements.
• Any refund due will always be processed immediately from our HQ. Systems vary in terms of the time taken to process the refund and return to your account. Undisputed Fight Store has no control over this.
