 All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate.

 All claims made on the product labels and website descriptions are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and we do not claim to agree with or support/substantiate these claims.  

 All product images are for illustration purposes only.
 
Use of Goods & Equipment:
 Please note that goods must be used at all times in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations. 
 
 Please consult your doctor before undertaking any form of physical exercise.
 
Payment and Stock Availability:
 Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered where you have already paid for the goods.
 
 Goods can be paid for at the checkout via any of our available methods. You may also pay by cheque or postal order. Orders will only be processed on receipt of cheque or postal order and despatched when cleared.
 
 All orders receive an automated confirmation email and additional responses as we process and ship your order. We will contact you if there are supply issues, furnishing you with as much information as possible. 
 
 We DO NOT send out part balances, alternative or replacement goods without first confirming suitability with the customer.
 
 At all times until dispatch you have the right to cancel all or part of your order. If you cancel only part of your order, please note that this may result in a change in shipping fees in correspondence with our shipping fees and policy at that time.
 
 
Order Errors / Damaged or Faulty Goods:
 Should there be an error with your order or a faulty or damaged item within your order, we require that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt.  
 
 We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product, or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available.  You will not be charged for the return postage or the replacement postage in this case, providing you return the item via the method we advise. 
 
 Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once we have received the returned item, we will despatch the corrected order on a next working day service where possible.
 
 
Returns (Undamaged):
 In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods, under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.
 
 If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund the cost of the item, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. 
 
 You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you.
 
 We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods, unless they were originally sent with no packaging.
 
 Please contact us prior to returning goods so that we can clarify the situation and be aware of their return.
 
 We recommend that all returns be sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will be unable to take responsibility for returned goods that do not reach us.
